Pax the Christmas Cat

Originally published in Big Issue magazine as a short story, this is now an irresistible clothbound stocking-filler gift book.

The story of a little girl and her beloved cat who goes missing at Christmas – written and illustrated by the author and illustrator behind international phenomenon We’re Going on a Bear Hunt and Oh Dear, Look What I Got!

Christmas is coming, and everyone seems happy behind their cosy front doors – except Evie’s family. Ever since Mum and Grandpa had their big argument, Mum has been sad and Grandpa has stopped coming round.

Then Evie’s beloved cat, Pax, runs away. Evie knows she won’t survive out there on her own. If only Grandpa was here! He would know what to do.

As Evie searches the streets for Pax, can she hope for not one miracle, but two?
