We’re excited to host a bookfair at your school this season!
Shopping at a school bookfair is a great way to support your school library. A portion of every sale is returned to the school as a store credit at Owl Books. Schools can combine their credit with our school discount to get great new books for your library. Not only do you support your school by shopping at a bookfair, you’re also supporting an independent bookstore.

The in-person bookfairs scheduled for this year are:
- Montessori International Preschool, Copenhagen
- Copenhagen International School, Copenhagen
- Skt Josef’s International School, Roskilde
Our school bookfairs include hundreds of titles, both fiction and non-fiction, across picture books, early chapter books, middle grade chapter books, and graphic novels, as well as a selection of stationary and gift items.
We always bring a mix of hardcover and paperback books, with an emphasis on paperback when possible to keep prices low. We bring gift items at a variety of price points. Generally speaking, there are items ranging in price from 5 DKK for bookmarks as well as pencils, pens, erasers and stickers between 10 – 50 DKK. The prices that you see on our website are the prices that you will find at our bookfairs.
We accept cash, debit, and credit (including Apple Pay and MobilePay). Families can also order and pay in advance so your child can pick up their order at the book fair. Teachers enjoy a 20% discount on everything at our fair and in our store.
Other School Related Events:
- Parent Introduction Meeting
For these events, we will bring in back-to-school titles and stationary. These will mostly include “New to School” themed books, Reference Books (Dictionaries, Thesauruses), and Activity Books.
- Science Fair
This will entail books around STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). It will be mostly non-fiction books.
- International Day
Are you hosting a day that recognises the diversity in your school? We can work with you to provide books with different cultural and religious themes.
- Other themed days (World Book Day, Peace Day, Poetry Day, Earth Day, New Graduate, PTA, etc.)
Other Ways We Can Help…
- Looking for ways to celebrate your new graduates? We can help source books or items as giveaways.
- Teacher / Staff Appreciation Gifts. We have a lovely selection of books and stationary ideas that include tote bags, pens, book lights, book stands, etc.
